A plain statement of what we do, and what we don't.
A commercial final clean generally covers HEPA vacuuming of surfaces high and low; interior glass, frames, sills and tracks; restrooms and break areas; hard-floor cleaning appropriate to the finish; wiping of casework, millwork, fixtures and hardware; and removal of ordinary final-cleaning residue such as construction dust, light packaging remnants, and labels where routine removal is appropriate.
Exact inclusions are confirmed in writing for each project, because building types differ substantially.
Elevated work requiring lifts, exterior glass above ground level, light fixture and diffuser interiors, mechanical and electrical rooms, roof access areas, parking structures, and removal of floor or surface protection are all assessed per project.
These are the items most often assumed to be included, and we name them explicitly in the scope rather than leaving them to be discovered at walkthrough.
We do not haul construction debris, perform trade repairs, or carry out remediation or abatement of any kind — including mold, asbestos, lead, and biohazard work. That work belongs to parties licensed and qualified for it.
We also do not perform specialty residue removal such as paint overspray, grout haze, adhesive, or protective film removal as part of a standard final-cleaning scope. Where a project has these conditions, they should be identified early and assigned to the appropriate party.
We do not certify code compliance, occupancy readiness, accessibility, food-safety, healthcare, or educational-facility regulatory standards, and we do not guarantee inspection outcomes. Those determinations rest with the owner, the design and construction team, and the authorities having jurisdiction.
What we commit to is completing and documenting the cleaning scope agreed with your team.
We serve commercial construction: general contractors, developers, construction managers, property managers, and building owners. Multifamily and residential-development work is performed for builders, developers, and property managers as part of a construction project — we do not provide routine residential house cleaning for individual homeowners or residents.
