General Information Only

The content on this website is general information about commercial post-construction and final-cleaning services. It describes how this type of work is typically scoped, scheduled, and carried out. It is not a specification for your project, and it is not professional, legal, safety, or regulatory advice.

Descriptions of what a cleaning scope may include are illustrative. What is actually included on any given project is defined by the written proposal and scope agreed for that project.

Quote Requests Are Not Contracts

Submitting the quote request form does not create a contract and does not commit either party to anything. It is an inquiry. Work proceeds only under a written, approved scope agreed between Safety Shine Maintenance Inc and the client.

Estimates provided in response to an inquiry are based on the information supplied at the time. If site conditions, scope, or schedule differ materially from what was described, the estimate may need to be revised before work is performed.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing is project-specific. This website does not publish fixed prices or per-square-foot rates, because the cost of a post-construction clean depends on factors including square footage, the condition of the space, finish types, access and elevation, the number of phases required, and schedule compression.

Service availability depends on location, project qualification, and current scheduling. Listing a community on this website does not guarantee availability for every project in that community.

No Guarantee of Inspection, Occupancy, or Regulatory Approval

Cleaning can help prepare a space for an inspection, walkthrough, turnover, merchandising, or opening. It does not determine the outcome of any inspection, and Safety Shine Maintenance Inc does not certify that a project is legally ready for occupancy or that it meets any code, accessibility, health, food-safety, or other regulatory standard.

Those determinations rest with the owner, the design and construction team, and the authorities having jurisdiction. Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee of inspection passage or occupancy approval.

Excluded and Specialized Work

Certain work falls outside the services described on this website, including construction debris hauling, trade repairs, and any form of remediation or abatement — such as mold, asbestos, lead, or biohazard work. Specialty residue removal such as paint overspray, grout haze, adhesive, or protective-film removal is not part of a standard final-cleaning scope.

Work of that kind requires appropriately licensed and qualified providers and should be assigned to them. See our scope and service limitations page for a fuller statement.
