Commercial & Contractor Projects Only We serve general contractors, builders, developers, construction managers, and professional property teams. We do not provide residential house cleaning, maid service, or homeowner cleaning.

Service at a Glance

  • Approach: We follow the site-specific safety instructions supplied by the contractor or owner
  • On active sites: Coordination with the superintendent on zones, access, and concurrent trade work
  • Equipment: Commercial cleaning equipment operated by trained crews
  • Not provided: Safety oversight of other trades, or site safety program authorship

Following the Site's Requirements

Every commercial jobsite has its own safety program, and the contractor or owner sets it. We work to the site-specific requirements provided to us — PPE expectations, restricted areas, escort procedures, containment requirements, badging, sign-in, and approved work hours.

Providing these requirements with the scope means they can be planned into the job rather than adapted to on arrival.

Working Around Other Trades

Cleaning frequently happens while other trades are still on site. We coordinate with the superintendent on zones, access routes, and timing so our crews and other trades are not working over each other.

Where concurrent work creates a safety or quality conflict, we raise it with the superintendent rather than working through it.

Equipment and Materials

Crews use commercial cleaning equipment — HEPA vacuums, floor machines, and appropriate cleaning solutions selected for the finishes involved. Equipment is operated by trained crew members.

Where a site restricts particular materials or requires specific products, tell us with the scope and we will work to that requirement.

Elevated and Specialized Work

Work at height requires appropriate equipment and planning. Where a scope includes elevated cleaning, we confirm access equipment, who supplies it, and the safety arrangements before the work is scheduled.

Where a task falls outside what our crews are equipped or qualified to perform safely, we say so rather than attempting it.

What We Do Not Provide

We do not supervise the safety of other trades, author or administer site safety programs, or provide safety certification for a project. We are a cleaning contractor following the site requirements set by the party responsible for them.

Do you perform work at height?
Where a scope includes elevated work, we confirm access equipment and safety arrangements in advance. Tasks beyond what our crews can perform safely are declined rather than attempted.
