Our Project Process

What happens from your first inquiry through to a documented sign-off.

Service at a Glance

  • Step 1: Inquiry and project details
  • Step 2: Scope development and estimate
  • Step 3: Scheduling and access coordination
  • Step 4: Execution
  • Step 5: Walkthrough and sign-off

1. Inquiry

Send the project basics: building type and address, approximate square footage, current stage, target date, and any access or phasing constraints. Photos, a walkthrough video, or a floor plan improve accuracy considerably.

If a written scope already exists from the spec or the owner, sharing it removes most of the ambiguity that causes later disputes.

2. Scope and Estimate

We assess the variables that actually drive the work — area, condition, finishes, access, elevation, phasing, and schedule pressure — and return a project-specific estimate with the scope written out.

We do not publish fixed per-square-foot pricing, because the same area can vary substantially in labor depending on those factors.

3. Scheduling and Coordination

We agree a date against your trade schedule, not in isolation. Where finishing trades may run late, we plan phasing or a touch-up pass in advance rather than improvising on job day.

Access is confirmed before mobilization: gate codes, badging, parking, loading, approved hours, elevator reservations, and any site-specific safety instructions your team provides.

4. Execution

Crews work top-down and area by area: fine construction dust and loose residue removal, HEPA vacuuming, then detailed wet cleaning of glass, restrooms, floors, casework, and fixtures using commercial-grade equipment appropriate to the finishes.

A single point of contact on your side keeps the work moving when scope questions arise.

5. Walkthrough and Sign-Off

Our lead walks the completed space with your representative against the written scope, punch items are identified in one pass and corrected, and documentation of the scope performed is provided for your closeout package.

If the Schedule Changes

Construction schedules move. If your date compresses or slips, tell us as early as possible — compression is often achievable with additional crew, but only with notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you provide an estimate?
We respond to project inquiries promptly. Turnaround depends on complexity and whether a site visit is needed.
Do you need a site visit?
Not always. Floor plans, photos, or video are often sufficient; larger or more complex projects benefit from a visit.
What if trades run late?
Tell us early. The realistic options are compressing with more crew, phasing by area, or adjusting the date — all easier with notice.
