Manufacturing post-construction cleaning prepares a new or expanded production facility for equipment commissioning and operational handover. It differs from warehouse work because the building is rarely a single open volume: production floors, utility corridors, control rooms, laboratories or QC areas, locker and break facilities, and office space each carry different finishes and different expectations.
The other major difference is that construction dust is an operational problem, not just a cosmetic one. Fine dust remaining in a space where sensitive equipment is about to be commissioned creates real risk for the owner, so dust removal at height and in mechanical spaces matters more than it would in a retail build-out.

Manufacturing sites often have owner-imposed site rules that exceed a typical jobsite — restricted areas, escort requirements, PPE expectations, and equipment-protection protocols. We follow site-specific instructions supplied by the contractor or owner rather than assuming a standard approach.
Sequencing is usually driven by the commissioning calendar. Areas are released for cleaning as equipment setting completes, and the clean is phased so commissioning can begin in finished zones while other areas are still under construction.
Priorities are overhead structure and mechanical services where dust will otherwise migrate down onto equipment, production floor slab, control and QC spaces with more sensitive finishes, and support areas the workforce will occupy on day one.
We clean around installed process equipment and do not disturb protective coverings, calibration, or vendor-applied packaging without direction from the project team.
We do not clean process equipment internals, participate in validation or qualification activities, perform remediation, or carry out trade work. Where a facility requires specialized cleaning tied to its process, that scope belongs to the party qualified to perform it.
